When you kick a gen with both of those perks the gen regression continues even when a survivor touched the gen and is not limited to 30 seconds.

Ok, that might explain why I was having so much success with that combo.

No wonder when using the combo my gens had 0 progress... Hopefully will be fixed soon

This isn't exclusive to just using this combo. Even with Overcharge as the only regression perk, the regression continues after successfully hitting the skill check for the perk.
