Chapter Idea: Mount Massive Massacre

My (Updated) Idea for a new dead by daylight chapter.

This idea is for Chris Walker and Miles Upshur from Outlast to be in the game. I’m not sure what chapter they would be in but this is just my request for The Strongfat (a nickname given to him in the games lore) to be in Dead By Daylight.

Teachable Perks:

Empty Vessel: Your obsession is an empty vessel for the walrider. Make sure they don’t escape.

Renders 1 perk of the obsession useless each time 3/2/1 generators are complete.

Little Pig: The only way to kill them is to tear them apart.

After gaining bloodlust 1 you can hit a survivor and cause the broken and Hemorrhaged status effects on them for 30 seconds. This perk has a cooldown of 30 seconds.

Whistleblower: No one can witness what you have done and get away with it.

Gives survivors in your terror radius the oblivious status effect if you are carrying a survivor. The same effect is applied to survivors who are healing a downed survivor. This effect lasts 10 seconds after leaving the killers terror radius or if the killer has hooked the survivor.

Perk Icon descriptions:

Because I’m not very good at making art I have some descriptions I thought would be cool for the perks.

Empty vessel would be a generic survivor with what seems to look like the walrider behind them,

Little pig would have Chris Walker’s face on it with that evil grin,

And whistleblower could be the Outlast whistleblower Icon.

his power would be called asylum rage.

“The physical and mental pain Chris has felt throughout all his time in mount massive asylum channeled into a brutal rage”.

Asylum rage: Gain the ability to destroy pallets and doors faster along with vaulting faster and damaging generators faster. (25% increase to all of those things besides vaulting which would take around 1 second). Whenever your obsession dies you become obsessed with another random survivor. Whenever a survivor becomes the new obsession they scream, revealing their location.

The cooldown is 40 seconds and the duration is 50 seconds. You can toggle between modes with a 10 second cooldown.

Unhinged: Gain the new ability to destroy lockers and have the survivors waste time repairing them. Finding survivors in lockers will make Chris destroy them automatically. Repairing lockers takes 20 seconds. This ability has no cooldown. Survivors gain 750 Bloodpoints in the objective category for repairing a locker.

The power Icon could be both of his bloody hands with his palms facing upward.

Difficulty: Easy

A very bloodthirsty killer, able to channel his rage into destroying lockers and pursuing the survivors with more speed and devastation. Breaking things quicker and vaulting faster to catch up to the survivors he won’t let escape.

His personal perks, Empty vessel, Little Pig, and Whistleblower Allows him to put pressure on the survivors during chases while making survivors unaware of your presence if they chose to be a hero.

Now for the location and the survivor. So the location of the map would be in a couple places. The first place would be the sewers of Mount Massive Asylum and the layout wouldn’t be similar to the game but would be identical. There would be a lot of hiding places because the map wouldn’t be a very open map. There would be a couple rooms with generators in some of them. Now the next map would be the area in Mount Massive Asylum where you hide from Richard (the guy who cuts your fingers off) . The map would be a little bigger than the area in the game but it would emulate it. If the sewer map doesn’t work then it could be either a larger version of the area when you fall onto the pile of bodies or the beginning atrium. The map could be similar to how RPD was done but in weirder vain. Like maybe there could be a downstairs to the water area that connects to the main atrium you start off in. Again it would have to be a little bigger then the original.

The map item could be the security control keycard.

The survivor of course would be Miles Upshur and his perks would be.

Camera vision: Anyone can be a reporter if they have a camera.

Just make sure it has night vision.

allows you to see any invisible or no terror radius killers Aura from 5,10,15 meters away. Survivors within a 5 meters radius of you gain the same effect.

Informed reporter: Being informed is always helpful in a pinch. Although sometimes it’s best not to be too informed.

After 5,4,3 generators have been completed you see the aura of the exit doors, hatch (from 25 meters away), and hex totems (15 meters away).

Unholy awakening: Unleash the unholy power stored within your very being.

This perk activates when a survivor is hooked at the end game collapse. This perk calls upon the wallwriter to make the killer's vision very dark and blurry for 10 seconds. After this perk is upgraded to max the killer’s vision will be blurry for 20 seconds. This perk has a cooldown of 20 seconds.

Miles teachable perk Icons:

Camera vision could be the POV of miles looking through his camera.

Informed Reporter could be miles holding the documents in his hands.

Unholy awakening could be just the walrider.

“A brave reporter who has been through hell and back only to be sucked into a strange and dangerous realm. After the things he’s seen nothing can really scare him and so he helps others see what they can’t.

Miles Upshur is a Freelance investigative journalist, able to locate hidden threats and bring out his walrider power.

His personal perks, Camera vision, Informed reporter, and Unholy awakening allow him to find hidden killers and their secret source of power while trying to find any means of escape.

Mori:

The mori would be of him beating the survivor down then ripping his head off as a trophy. If that is to gory then it could just be of him beating them to death.

Now for addons on Asylum rage.

Common:

Miles’s notes: after a survivor repairs a locker, get a loud noise notification.

Bloody Straight jacket: allows you to go in between Asylum rage and normal mode without losing to much cooldown

Bloodied wire: lengthens the amount of time it takes to repair a locker for 15 seconds.

Tight Shackles: brings your vaulting speed and breaking speed down to normal but gives you 500 extra blood points in all categories.

Uncommon:

Batteries: moderately increases the duration of asylum rage

Broken chains: moderately reduces the cooldown of Asylum rage.

Rusty Chains: Attacks cause the deep wound status effect but 3 hits are required to down a survivor.

Big belly: stuns that come from lockers are no longer effective (including DS from hiding in a locker and head on).

Variant Limbs: Survivors who repair lockers become incapacitated for 15 seconds.

Rare:

Bloody shackles: This Add on replaces your terror radius with a shuttle sound of chains. Much like huntress and freddy it would be difficult to pin down exactly where Chris would be.

sharp grip: Survivors you hit in Asylum rage mode have a shorter speed boost after hitting them (by about 1.5 seconds).

Richard’s Medicine: gives you a 4% haste boost while around a broken locker in asylum rage mode.

Sacred documents: survivors won’t be able to repair lockers unless they are injured.

Broken Assault Rifle: increases attack speed but each attack losses 10 seconds on Asylum Rage. (meaning the downtime you get from missing a hit).

Very Rare:

Miles’s severed fingers: makes your obsession mangled and incapacitated for 40 seconds if hit while in Asylum rage mode.

Pile of heads: This add on allows you to mori the obsession in asylum rage mode after they have been hooked twice

Finger Cutter scissors: This add on allows you to slow down the speed your obsession does generators, healing, and most actions besides vaulting and unhooking. This add on only procs when you hit the obsession and is a 5% slow down to actions. This effect is removed once the obsession heals.

Dead eyes: this add on makes any survivor who is repairing a locker oblivious and hindered. This effect lasts 15 seconds after stopping repairing a locker.

Ultra rara:

Iridescent camcorder: This add-on allows you to see the aura of survivors who are 15 meters around broken lockers. If a survivor has repaired a locker their aura is revealed to you for 30 seconds.

Little Pig Doll: This add-on gives any survivor you miss an attack on the exposed statice effect for 15 seconds when you are in Asylum rage mode (can only proc once per survivor per asylum rage.)

So now the backstory.

Before Chris Walker roamed the halls of Mount Massive Asylum he was a proud army man. Unfortunately after coming back from his deployment in Afghanistan he was diagnosed with PTSD and was committed to Spindletop Psychotherapy Clinic. After years in the Spindletop they decided to make him a Murkoff employee. This was a job that he wasn't very fond of but it was his only option. After months of brainwashing, and Insane treatment there he snapped and killed three inmates, ripping their heads off and keeping them as trophies. After the fourth murder of Dr Claymore he was found out by Murkoff agents Pauline Glick and Paul Marion and was subdued, for now. This was only the beginning of Chris Walker's pain for after he was subdued he was brought to Mount Massive Asylum where he was made into a monster. This monster was nothing like the real Chris Walker: white eyes, wired mouth, chained arms, and a true hate for Murkoff. One day he broke out while a security breach was going on and started to kill many Murkoff employees. As this was happening Murkoff sent a team of tactical operators to take care of the situation. This only made Chris angrier, so angry he murdered countless soldiers and ripped off their heads, Stacking them in the administrative block library.

Many months had passed since these incidents and Chris Walker is finally looming over his obsession Miles Upshur. Ready to kill when out of nowhere he starts to get thrown around by the same force he’d tried so hard to contain, The walrider. As he sees his life flash before his eyes as he is hurled into a vent fan he is transported to a strange foggy realm. Confused, he wanders around aimlessly until a strange entity appears in front of him. The entity gives him an offer, one that has given him the power to kill without any consequences.

Miles Upshur backstory:

Miles was a very dedicated reporter who went through hell and back to get an interesting story recorded. This was both a blessing and a curse as one faithful day he got an anonymous tip and ventured to Mount Massive Asylum to record the awful things that had happened there. What he didn’t know was that the toture and chaos was far from over as the many Variants who resided in the asylum now had a new play thing. Chris Walker was the prime example of the chaos that was still going on in this Asylum. Huge piles of headless corpses and library shelves full of decapitated heads were recorded on Miles Camera. However all this footage and torture was all for not as both Chris Walker and himself didn’t make it out alive. In what Miles thought were his final moments were rather a simple comatose that wouldn’t last very long. When he woke from this death-like state he found himself back in the asylum, but this wasn’t the same place he had gone through before. It was much much worse.
