Cheating, camping and perks not working after update.

After update released, massive reports of camping cheating and uninstalls have been happening. Reports were made in game but cheaters are allowed to roam free. Off the record was made unusable today. it work yesterday but not today. it works when it wants to or the devs put a glitch for off the record to not work.
