End Game Info Won't Appear

Description of the issue: Unable to see any end game info. After I tried clicking on the continue button. Got stuck in a loop and unable to quit the game. Had to force quick DBD in Task Manager.
Steps to reproduce: play a match and then have the killer kill you, see if it appears.
How often does this occur: Not sure. Just happened.
