Let players choose lower level Prestige Crest icon.

I met players who already reached more than 20+ Prestige levels.

I think crest icons are cool however, I think players should be able to choose icon that are lower than their current level.

Some icons lower than current level could be more likable for them and don't see any reason players should only use crest icon according to the level.
