Yes, Nurse is powerful, the best killer in the game but that's exactly what she was supposed to be with behaviour giving her a game breaking power. She herself doesn't need a nerf but what needs a nerf is her add-ons, namely the range ones, if used together they increase her blink speed by half so from 13.33 m/s to 19.995 m/s this affects short blinks as well which makes them so much more harder to actually try and juke.
Same goes for Blight and Spirit who have their own add-ons that need changing.

Game is much better balanced now, only solo survivors needs more information. Other than that this patch was very needed. Players always freak out after nerfs to favourite perks and stuff, and then after playing a few days or weeks realizes it was not that bad. Just give it time.

I still leave scratch marks when leaving the loop. The Spirit usually just figures it out beacuse they don’t hear breathing and then goes to a location where she can. Then I get downed.

Grind was supposed to be reduced - it wasn't. It is way worse now. Especially for new players.
