    Same thing happening on killer side as well. Some killers are deliberately giving free escapes to survivors to reduce the kill rate 🙄 I just had a match that the killer obviously 4k 3gen, cuz everyone was down, but he just let a guy wiggle out to save everyone, and let people complete all gens freely, then he downed everyone again with NOED and opened the exit gate, then carried everyone out.

    To put it that way, if you wanted to engage in some kinda weird stat manipulation (which wouldn't work anyway, as the number of people willing to do it will be an essentially irrelevant statistical minority on the scale that is "every DBD match that takes place") as survivor you don't even have to throw like that. You can simply choose to die, either by letting the killer kill you whenever you want, or even intentionally dying to EGC no matter if the killer is still trying to get you or they went to face a corner in the basement 5 minutes ago. You can play the game however you want and still die, you quite simply can not be forced to escape.

    And I have never seen anything resembling this, not once. People that screw over their teammates in ways like you talk about are quite simply rage quitting for one reason or another in the overwhelming majority of cases. It isn't any deeper than that.

    I only ever do that if Im using Quick N Quiet (with it being ready to use) because Im too lazy to slow vault otherwise.

    I'm sure there are some survivors doing this to inflate kill rates, but I imagine a lot are trying to lower their MMR to go against easier killers, or are just goofing around / trolling other survivors.

    How can they possibly think there's no chance to win when I'm not hooking or slugging? In one match, the first survivor went down over and over again (not near a gen) and finished bleeding out with one gen left and the other went down twice and refused to let his teammates pick him up the second time (they finished the gen with him on the ground and I opened the exit gate, but the survivors didn't leave their fallen teammate until after he died).

    I'm the nicest killer there is. The only thing I don't do anymore is carry AFK survivors to the exit gate and force them out (I used to, but I get annoyed as a survivor at AFK teammates so I no longer give them a free pass as killer). I play solo survivor, I know what unwinnable matches feel like, and my killer matches don't come close. If these survivors expected me to literally do the gens for them and carry them through the exit gate, I'm sorry, but BHVR hasn't added that feature for killers.
