It's time to nerf STBFL now

Due to the reduced Cooldown time after a successful hit and to reduced duration of the Survivor speed boost when hit, the perk achieved a higher resonance. Now the cooldown even after few stacks is tremendously ridicolous, the surv literally does not gain any distance and if you do not have a safe zone, the chase literally lasts 10 seconds. "Eh but the killer must hit the obsession sooner or later", well I see that many killers avoid it on purpose or simply go on m2 whenever possible, so the argument does not hold. Not to mention the fact that if they decide to tunnel the obession from the beginning, you have the perk practically at its maximum power all the time. Reducing the number of stacks or the gap between them could already be an idea imo

I've been using it and it does feel a little busted. Personally, I wouldn't reduce its number of stacks or the amount a stack gives. I would just make it so that the first stack doesn't give anything at all.

You don’t get it bestie, the goal of this patch was to buff killers, not nerf them.

    So, no.

OK bestie. Now queue for survivor please, I need to keep my winstreak going with my nurse.

6 stacks is definitely the change BHVR should make. It would still be useful without making it too overpowering.

I disagree, there are definitely a lot of times that it takes the killer all game to build up stacks. And I think it is fine to mainly have m1 killers run this perk because they have to build it up over the course of the game. If they are lucky they can get it working by mid-game.

I thought they'd do that change to STBTL when I read the attack cooldown buff but oh well :p

Just nerf it to 4%, the cooldowns will still be shorter than they were before until you get to 8 stacks.

Yeah, they probably should just tweak STBFL so that at 8 tokens the total hit recovery time is the same as it was with 8 tokens before the patch. The perk was pretty solid before the patch, so returning it to that maximum total speed at full tokens would just be going to that pretty solid state.

I got hit healthy at the exit gate entrance and the demo was able to down me before I could get out. Honestly just wish I had a better gaming chair.

You still need to work your way up. The perk is SUPPOSED to feel great and make a huge impact if you work your way to a lot of stacks

being in deadzone as survivor should be dangerous. why shouldn't the chase last 10 seconds when you play the chase poorly? weakening the perk just makes m1 killers worse which patch was designed to make them stronger.

8 hits aren't few at all, maybe fix tunneling camping synergy but that's about it.
