Pinhead just... Disappearing?

It happened to me twice already. First time I thought it's caused by lag (as you can see on screenshots below, my connection wasn't the best). After Pinhead teleported to me solving the cube and downing me, his model just poof disappeared.
I didn't think much of it, took those screenshots 2 weeks ago cuz I thought they were hilarious (they are, lol)
But today it happened again. I changed my internet provider few days ago and I don't experience lag anymore.
I have no idea WHAT causes that. It's not like a game breaking bug, but like... how?
