All addons and offerings lost on Spirit after patch (not from prestiging)

The title says it all, essentially I have nothing left on Spirit after the patch dropped. Before the obvious is asked, no, I was not prestiging her right before the change. I already had her at P3 a long time ago. I haven't checked to see if this has happened to other characters on my roster.
