In KOREAN language perk OVERCHARGE tool-tip, there is no words about below message.
Maybe after patch, localization wasn't applied on this perk tool-tip.
Please add this explanation to overcharge perk Korean description.
After Overcharge is applied to a Generator, the following effect applies:
- Increases the Regression speed from 75 % to 200 % over the next 30 seconds.
