Is Nurse working as intended?

Went up against a Nurse last night that blinked in a split second and immediately swung when materialising. I've never seen such fast blinks and post-blink hits before. Is this the effect of the double range add ons? Or is it something else? Is it intended to be like this and the player was just that good?

That's insane. I thought they were broken and were pending fixes?

I've "pre-dropped" pallets on nurses to try and stun them as they blink to me. Every damn time I get hit before they even appear on my screen.

After I've already taken them on a minute long chase, and my pathing has led me to no other good options? Hardly.

This hit right after the blink thing is so sad to go against, it should not be a thing at all
