yes I didn't know if I should have put this in forum feedback or off topic but hey, you want to see and preform the bug/glitch here is the picture I got of the side/menu 
How to preform this bug is to go open or exit your internet or just open airplane mode and this will happen, you wont be able to do anything but look at what the hell the actual page looks like, to me it looks like plastic
