Too many disconnections

Hi,

It seems too many people choose to disconnect from games or kill themselves early if they don't like the match. I just feel like the system is too lenient and a higher number of matches end up a boring farm, try to get some points or a last man stand. I think we'll never have anything interesting in the game if nobody chooses to learn more complex maps, builds, killers, etc. For example, the same increase in disconnections happened when RCPD was released.

I understand one cannot always tell if the player who "killed themselves" might have just been unable to hit the skill checks or unaware of the mechanic, or a crash instance, but there are more measures that can be taken against these things than what we currently have, such as crash detection. Allow players a couple crashes a day and then give them the same penalty as someone disconnecting on purpose, which should be increased to hours as a first offence. If it's an emergency a player would have to leave for, I doubt a couple hours would really matter. As for crashes, most online pvp games don't allow you to crash indefinitely, even the support pages tell you your crashes are affecting others too and should try again after you've fixed your connection (as an example). For the stage 2 on hook problem, I believe any sort of struggle should just be removed and if the person is completely afk after unhooking they should be queue banned just like a disconnect would be.

Hopefully I made some alright points at least for a decent read. I know the post is short and a bit messy, but with how little it is done on the important matters, at least in my opinion, I'm not motivated to do more.

Thanks for reading.
