For The People doesn't trigger We're Gonna Live Forever's new secondary effect

ISSUE: Healing someone off the ground with For The People neither consumes WGLF's active effect nor grants endurance to whoever you healed off the ground with it. Pretty simple. It should consume WGLF's active effect and grant the survivor endurance since For The People heals them off the ground, but it's not.
