behaivour game need 2 gamemodes (ranked and Unranked)
your game is kidnappin by the actitude of the players, just make 2 gamedos , 1 ranked with rank system and unranked just for play for fun, and farm bloodpints amd test builds... this game has a big population with a big comunity, 2 gamemodes will separate casual players and tryhard/competitive players...

This wouldn't change as much as you think it would. Tryhard players can still enter unranked and stomp casuals.

This sounds good, but never works in reality.
I remember when Blizzard tried this in Starcraft 2, and it backfired spectacularly. The strong players got to the rank they wanted in Ranked, while smurfing hard in Unranked, to the extent that the only way to reliably find games against 'casual' players was to play Ranked.

As the others in this thread have mentioned, doing this won't change much.
People will still want to 'win' in Unranked, people have different definitions of what being 'competitive' or what 'fun' is, so it's going to end up being fairly arbitrary.
