Yea, this ######### toolbox does not look like emergency medkit to me...
But then again, you can always blame wrong report format I guess?

You aren't injured.
Pharmacy was updated in the last patch to guarantee a green medkit while injured (instead of just the first time you open any chest).

Yeah what codeDB said, i thought it was broke at first too you have to be injured, so i think its kind of joke to use due to tunneling.
