Locker Blocker perk
I realized a perk mechanic we don't have so far is a Locker Blocker effect that makes the entity block lockers so survivors can't hide in them or duck into them in chase. I'm not sure on the exact details I think would work best, but it would be something like:
- Whenever you hook a survivor all lockers within 20 meters of all other survivors become blocked by the Entity for 30 seconds and immediately eject any survivors currently hiding inside them.
So the idea is pretty simple, the perk makes it harder for survivors to hide from you using a locker and also makes it harder for them to have a locker they can duck into midchase to, for example, avoid an Exposed hit or get rid of Artist's crows, and also makes it harder to use lockers for things like Inner Strength, etc.
Like I said, though, I'm fuzzy on the details for such a perk in terms of when and how long and what range it should have. There's also a question of whether it should be a normal perk or a Hex perk, and if it's a Hex it would presumably have to last longer and affect more lockers than if it weren't.
Considering the perk would be too weak with a very short duration and range and probably too powerful if it affected the whole map and lasted a really long time it feels like there should be a middle ground where it's a nice perk to play with. 🙂 Feel free to add in suggestions on tweaking it.
