Pinhead box spawns in a bush on Garden of Joy

Lament Configuration spawned in a bush on Garden of Joy, none of us could interact with it including the killer.
This means that the chains keep coming infinitely and gen repairs are impossible for the rest of the game.
I mean I know you guys are buffing killers but c'mon...
The bush was located at the edge of the map, across the road from the shack.
