Deathslinger Interaction with Unhook Endurance

I played a match where I was unhooked, then got immediately shot by Deathslinger. Because I was not "hit or otherwise damaged", the shot connected. I was dragged in front of him, held there until my endurance effect ended, then was hit by his basic attack. I do not think this is fair. I did not have an opportunity to escape or otherwise react. I propose that if Deathslinger's shot connects to a survivor while they have endurance, it will be registered as a hit, and thus the survivor will become highlighted in white.

    5 seconds bt wasn't going to do anything anyways run OTR because for some reason people decided to stop running BT after it got buffed.

    Deathslinger is weak enough as is, let him have this 1 upside
