Insidious basekit idea!

So lets say all killers have this basekit, but whenever a survivor is hooked standing still for 4 seconds within 20 meters of the hook will reveal the killers aura to all survivors instead. The perk itself could be reworked into something else.
Thoughts?

Alright ok, tough sell huh?
How about insidious is base kit but standing still for 4 seconds summons a duck that chases survivors AND the killer.
The duck is able to steal survivors items and killers weapon and hide them.
The duck will honk if it sneaks up on you and force you to do a hard skill check.

Killers would have another mindgame option, while survivors/solos can get info that killer is camping.
