Maybe they are cheating but I wouldn't doubt it is legit. They may have Prove Thyself and a very good toolbox.
Or they are simply very organized. I still use full gen slowdown builds for a reason.

Glad I'm not alone. Slugging (not heavily) has become a new tactic I use.

Yeah they are going super fast. It's back to 3 gens at 1 hook now that survivors are running gen rush builds

I have seen a lot of BNPs on stacked toolboxes in my games, but given every other game I play has Thana, Gift of Pain, and Pentimento it's not hard to understand why people would start working to do as many gens as quicly as possible before they take two minutes.

You're gonna get games like that. At least chases are more efficient, cool downs are lowered and gen regression can actually make a difference.
In then end though its still up to the killer to pressure gens and prevent the ol gen rush from happening.

That's definitely hitting me hard. I'm a ghostface main. That's difficult as it is, but I used to get away with just pop. Now that it was nerfed and everyone is running gen speed builds, I'm effectively forced to run two gen perks. Sucks because it takes away from running less optimal but fun perks.

ultimately survivors can still gen rush just fine, not gonna say it's normal though.

It's not surprising, is it? When the slowdown tactic has been made a lot stronger and people are running more than 2 slowdown perks, what did you expect survivors to bring? Nothing to counter it? It's just created a vicious cycle of one side overusing 1 tactic and the opposite reacting to it in the same manner.

Gen doesnt fly
Its just winning alot brings you a group of survivors who actually have greater skill than you.

That definitely sounds like cheating from the numbers you gave. The gens shouldn't get completed in that little of time, or they really had good toolboxes and add-ons.

It’s actually not necessarily that bad for killers because if the survivors stack up on gen speed they’re trading off medkits and chase related or stealth perks to do it. So if a killer can play a solid macro game where they can maintain gen pressure to keep only one survivor at a time on a gen in the early and midgame they’re in a better position for the later game to get a win since the survivors will have more trouble keeping up in the chases and avoiding the killer by hiding. You just have to keep in mind as a killer the first 2 or 3 gens matter a lot less and are a lot easier to finish than the later ones and don’t panic when gens fly early on.

4 gens in 1 min doesnt add up at all.
