Reward for camping (hear me out before mindlessly flaming)
As all of us can see - tunneling and camping is a lot more popular and rewarding since last patch. Killers lost main incentive not to camp (BBQ bonus) and did not get anything in return. As a killer main (I played less than 5% of my game time as survivor) I really feel like camping is more rewarding for killer now and as BBQ is gone, I have no reason not to do so (sorry but I'm being completely honest. I know it's a bit annoying for survivors so maybe we can introduce some kind of bonus for camped survivors so it's not that badly annoying for them - 25bp in each category (sums to 100bp) for each second killer is within 15 meter to hooked survivor.
I feel like it would make survivors less annoyed when hooked and camped.

Camping gets you 10-20K bp and chasing gives 30-40K so is it worth to camp based on bp? No but is it most viable stragedy to win? Yes.

since BBQ bonus is gone - I stopped caring about BP as I have to play more games than I could count to get p0->p3 on a characted. No, no - thanks. I'll stick to camping until grind is reduced.

I use cakes almost always so I get double bp so I don't facecamp but I usually go back to hook if I don't find anyone. Debends on situation if I have bit bad game before then I usually tunnel one out. BBQ bonus removal was terrible change it encourages tunneling and camping. I agree grind is too big.

Not everyone is playing for BP. Sorry to disappoint you, but your suggestion is BS.
Even if the camped survivor is being nice to his team and doesn't immediately give up or suicide on hook, the remaining 3 survivors won't have time to finish the gens before the first one dies. That paired with other slowdowns (dead-lock, pain res, thana etc.) and the camping killer will almost always secure a 3k.

cakes/flans/bloody party etc. - it's completely different thing.
If the bonus was there you still would get much much more bp.

it's still not about what is balanced or not balanced.
It's about having something in return for spending so much time doing nothing because killer sits you... duh.
