Allow us to spend points on disabled killers - just grey out "Ready"
I would like to unlock Clown's teachables for other killers but can't at the moment.
I appreciate Killers sometimes need to be disabled to fix up game breaking bugs, I'm not asking to play them - but can we please use points on them? Surely it would be easy enough to disable the "Ready" button for these killers, we already have that for the DC penalty (yes I'm aware the DC penalty stops ALL matchmaking but just saying the functionality is there).
Particularly when its not a fix and they aren't disabled for 24-48 hours kind of timeframe. The lengthy time should allow us to use progression.

Post is 2 and a half years old but still hits today.
I already prestiged Houndmaster to 4 so it's not a big deal, but if I hadn't prestiged her yes I'd be kind of upset.

she's only killswitched in the event queue though, you can still level her up just fine as long as you're in the normal queue
