Why on Earth does For The People and Renewal not pair together?

So I'm not sure if it's a bug or if they purposefully made it this way, but why on Earth does Renewal not trigger after a For the People heal?

Because essentially you are not healing a health state,, you transfer a health state,, it's the same reason wglf doesn't give endurance if you tapand use for the people on a downed person,, you actually need to heal split sec at least to give endurance this way

endurance not working with for the people if you don't heal them for a bit has been confirmed a bug
