We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.

no bloodweb is appearing after finishing a game. A hacker was in the game just before this started if that is any correlation. tried to reset my game, play another game, switch to killer games and nothing is making it come back.
