Kate Denson's Sunshine Queen from the Waterfront Massacre Collection is bugged for almost a year now. The bug is in the hair, Beach Eyes headpiece.
This is a image from the cosmetic after it's release in the rift last year. Nice hair, right? But after one month it got changed into something not pretty at all. and it has been like this till now (the bug started in the ptb and it wasn't fixed, just minimized).
As you can see, the hair now looks like just one big wig.
