Killers camping and tunnelling more after the update

i thought a main factor for this update was to stop tunnelling and camping but since the patch I’ve never seen it happen so often before it doesn’t make any sense considering it is now slightly harder to tunnel and killers have been buffed.

It is actually way easier to tunnel which is probably why there was a spike in it.

But its not harder to tunnel. Count to 5 and you can tunnel. If they wanted to fix tunneling they should have given 60 seconds of endurance when unhooked. You lose endurance for doing literally anything in the game so the amount of time doesn't matter. Even still its just one extra hit. Its still really easy to tunnel past that extra hit anyways.

It was about shaking the meta.

It will never be about stopping camping and tunneling, at best these tactics may be discouraged.

I think it has to do with all of the ways you can get endurance status effects I mean if endurance is this over used then (6 perks give it btw) then players at a lower or higher skill range are gona result to the tried and true camping/tunneling because the chases simply will take to long or be prolonged to almost meme complication like proportions I mean think of all the extra hits you can take with endurance especially with the perks that don’t cause exhaustion afterwords add that to a swf and as a killer your game falls apart faster than you can say get good..

I can see why buffing lots of things for the killer may have made them think it would discourage camping and Tunnelling... but also they gave ton of methods to enable it more too

It was never to stop tunneling and camping. It was to incentivize chases more as it wasnt really viable before.
