Console - Adept Dredge not Unlocking

Load into match as Dredge with all 3 teachables from Dredge equipped.
Play match in such a way that will reward you the required emblems for the Adept
Note that the achievement has not been unlocked despite receiving Merciless Killer in post game scoring screen
This has occurred twice now as I’ve made two attempts and have proof of my second attempt if needed.
