1. Does new scourge hook monstrous shrine works on hooks that are also outside of basement? If yes then why not people use it ? I know there are much better perks but why?

2. Does anyone have a video of new colourphobia because I want to see those new skill checks

    1) Yes - it works on all Scourge Hooks, those in the basement and those not in the basement. The reason people aren't using it I couldn't tell you - it's likely because they're favouring other perks that have been changed, like slowdown perks for example.

    I also spectate this touruber a lot because he is showcasing every new thing but this one when I searched it on yt it didn't show it but now that I searches it gave a hundred videos with this that are like since the ptb was running
