How are the devs going to maintain a good balance between dedicated servers and new content?

With the upcoming dedicated servers, I imagine part of the team will be focusing in dedicated servers, but how do the devs plan on maintain upcoming good quality chapters?

    Network Engineers do not equal Design Teams.

    This is seriously going to be interesting when they do come... is it exciting that the benefits of dedicated servers are coming ofcourse!... the killer cant end the match if they DC, the possibility of new game modes etc..... but will behavior maintain them to where they function smoothly? This is what i'm worried about...

    The general rule is, the more you add towards a spaghetticode, the harder it will be to fix the fundamental parts of it
