Is becoming a trend to nerf survivor perks with "buffs"?
Mettle of man reveals your aura to the killer, grants normal endurance so is cancelled by conspicuos actions and if you have deep wound. Three downsides for having one less protection hit
Botany 50%increase speed but 20% penalty efficiency
Calm spirit can cleanse/open chest silent, but at the cost of 30% reduced speed
Pharmacy only grants a green med kit when injured
why? just why?

Pharmacy granting multiple guaranteed green med-kits is a buff. Provided you aren't mangled that's an 11 second heal.

I have like no clue, Botany because they don’t want immediate heals. Calm Spirit so the killer finds their Hex is being cleansed right next to them, and Pharmacy because I guess they don’t want too many Green Med Kits. Those are the reasons that Behavior are using are they good though, no, best one is Botany but they should just do something with Medkits instead.

Botany Knowledge could have simply been changed to function like Solidarity, where it does not activate if a Med-Kit is being used, which would've addressed the main point of abuse being Med-Kits.
And the Pharmacy change could have just been an added bonus to its old effect.

Pharmacy should allow you to rummage while injured.
