The change to Thanatophobia does not address its problem and generates a bigger one.
People complained about the perk on Legion and Plague because those two killers can easily keep all survivors injured for most of the match. Since at 4 survivors injured the perk is (almost) strong as before, this means that on those two killers this nerf will have minimal impact, while it will be very unattractive to all other killers, that have a harder time having all 4 survivors injured, thus reducing build variety in general.
Honestly I don't know how the perk should be changed, but I think this change in particular is wrong and will make the perk disappear from the builds of every killer except those on which is problematic.

Yeah it just needs a rework tbh. Has always been either too weak or too strong and obnoxious

it will disappear on every killer including legion and plague because relevant effect will have no uptime whatsoever. so good job. bad on every killer now.
