Reworked Dead Hard - For how long should us players with a green ping continue to suffer?

With the Dead Hard rework the hit validation got even worse. After multiple patches the old Dead Hard finally worked fine but the reworked one now looks and works like a beta version of it. Against killers with a ping of 100 ms or more it's hardly possible to use it. You have to guess if the killer would swing / throw / shoot etc. 1-2 second before but if you press E after the killer started the animation you're mostly too late. Nurses hit you before they get fully visible, you hardly can dodge Blight's rushes with DH, Huntress' hatchets fly too quick to dodge them etc.

When will it ends that us players with a green ping have to suffer and players with a bad ping get an unfair advantage? We've been waiting for 6 years now and you still aren't able to balance hit validation ... dedicated servers in their current state didn't help ...
