PC Mettle of Man Activation bug

Map played: Blood Lodge. Character: Mikaela. Perks: Empathy, Hope, Adrenaline, Mettle of Man. Killer played against: Blight

Part 1-

Step 1 - Equip Mettle of Man

Step 2 - Earn both stacks to activate endurance effect

Step 3 - Endurance effect is not granted and Perk shows It is activated while both Protection score events are granted.

Part 2 - Having already done a conspicuous action and healing (not shown), with Mettle still showing as activated without Endurance effect granted, I am randomly granted the endurance effect after being hit, with no protection scoring event to be seen.

I have not been able to recreate this scenario

     If you get downed when you took the 2nd hit, you need to be fully healed for it to work

    But if you take hit, heal, then take hit again, you have it
