Shattered Hope A Must On Hag?

It's pretty crucial and game deciding if you got a whole bunch of coh in your game as hag. For me I play hit and run so any time that trap goes off I spam teleport and slap those cheeks. But the amount of hag players dropped so hard when COH came out because it's basically a counter. Now that you can break boons with shattered hope I always run it on my hag. I've never paired it with pentimento, but I will try that soon.

Is shattered hope a must on hag if you want to win?
