We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Greek skin (Kate Denson) "Hair bug"

Hi I just wanted to report small issue with the Greek skin of Kate Denson, as you can see from my attachments the top side of her head contains the base hair colour/model from the base skin of her. That small detail can be seen just by moving the head down or while being hooked or healed.
