We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Dredge locker bug - game breaking

When the Dredge teleports to a locker that has a survivor in it and another survivor opens the same locker at the same time, the second survivor (outside the locker) becomes locked in place for the rest of the game, and the killer cannot interact with them. Even the end game timer does not kill them.
