See unlocked perks?

Is there a way to know which perks I have unlocked previously via the shrine of secrets, so I can decide which survivors to still prestige?

Also, let's say I unlocked level 1 of a perk in the shrine and then P1 the survivor, does this unlock level 2 or had I just wasted my shards in that case? Or in other words: Is the unlocked level of a perk the sum of shrine purchases and prestige? I know that you buy levels from the shrine on top of what you already unlocked via prestige, but does it work the other way?

If you unlocked a perk in the shrine or unlocked a teachable before prestiging in the old system it will show as level 1 on an unleveled character other than that i dont think so.

For part 2 i dont believe so but i havent actually tested that yet
