Can't Level Up Steve (or Jonathan) Anymore :(
Keep getting a Bloodweb error. It will NOT let me level up Steve (or Jonathan) at all. I've restarted, hard reset and re-installed the game. Nothing has worked.
Anyone else having this issue/found a solution?

I was able to put levels into him earlier today.

I have no idea about it but maybe can you try it while in a lobby? And see if the error keeps happening.

Reinstall Dead by Daylight, if that doesn't fix it then contact customer service.

I had an issue like this and nothing fixed it with reinstalling, but when I played out a match it got fixed after, so if you can maybe try playing a match?

ngl this is a good sign about Stranger Things DLC as a whole returning, they're clearly making adjustments behind the scenes. As for the bug, I'm sure it'll be recognised and fixed soon c:

This just happens when you spend a mass amount of BP in one go, has happened to me multiple times.
You can sometimes swap survivors and open a new BW then go back and it fixes but sometimes you'll get a whole bloodweb failure and itll kick you back to the title screen

I've had this on some killer (not demo) but It was fixed after leaving to the menu and going back. So not sure that it's character specific, might be the same case just at an extreme.
