Let Survivors see Killer ping
Whether Survivors get hits through Pallets and Windows or get downed through Dead Hard is vastly based on the Killer ping.
Even if your own ping as a Survivor is very low, like 40 ms, you can still get dedicated because the Killer has high ping.
Let Survivors see the ping of the Killer to avoid those kinds of situations.

Hate to break it to you alot of those are because of hit validation not ping. Also Killers can hit survivors through a window anyways but I assume your talking about hitting through vaults.

A few of my games lately have been very jumpy when I'm in the close vicinity of the killer. My ping is green in the lobby, would this mean the killer has a high ping? I honestly haven't experienced this before, or at least never to this extent

Seriously no idea why they wouldn't want to show it at least durring the match if this game is meant to be treated semi competetive.
It's important info that would give us educated choices on either pre dropping a pallet or just going down on stun animation(because pallet validation seems to have been turned off a while)

No, that is your own ping.
It was the killers ping before they added dedicated servers.

tbh i would agree but have the feeling that survivors will be toxic about it

Unless the killer is running at 250ms while the survivors are all hovering around 50ms, there'd be nothing for them to be toxic about in that regard. A killer who runs at 60ms against 50ms survivors isn't going to be very noticable.
A killer who has extremely high ping against survivors with relatively low ping is going to get hits they had absolutely no business getting.

You can't that's the ping to the server, the only indicator we get on PTB is a new icon above survivor portraits when we are IN a game
