Camera got shorter

So, I first got unhooked. I went and healed with a medkit. When I finished healing my camera got significantly shorter. Normally it's a couple feet taller than your survivor. In this case it was at about chest level and therefore I couldn't look over the generator. If I moved my camera upward I would be staring at the ground. It fixed itself after being hook/unhooked a second time. I have never had this happen before but decided to report it regardless.
-PC Steam version
-Get unhooked, heal with a purple medkit on a slight incline (probably 1 in a million chance at happening)
-Only happened once in my entire gameplay time (2,000 hours)
As you can see in the screenshot, the camera is very short.
