tinkerer proccing multiple times on a single gen

while playing on the PTB earlier yesterday i was playing Wesker with tinkerer and on multiple occasions on several maps(grim pantry, RPD and shelter woods) i've had tinkerer procc multiple times, some instances of it activating on the same gens while it wasn't even on cooldown. i've had it procc 4 times when there was only 3 gens left just like tinkerer before the nerf.
i was playing on PC(PTB so it has to be PC) I'M sorry i don't have the logs i switched to normal servers before making this post so the logs are empty, i dont want it to be killswitched on release of chapter 25
hoping you can find whats happenning without the logs with only these examples
playing as wesker
seemed to happen on any map
multiple time per game
