Ghost month event rewards

Issue: No reward for new event
Step 1 : Booted the game
Step 2 : loaded into main menu no reward given
Step 3 : closed and verified files
Step 4 : Launched the game again still no reward
just a small note, a few friends of mine have gotten the reward
its ok to close this thread as after doing 3 matches it showed up finally
