We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Pyramid barbed wire had no effect

This is the new map Iampkin lane. There is that house with smaller house behind and pallet (on the left).
Now as you can see i stand and look at the barbed wire. I did run over it and nothing happened. But I did it only once, so I can't say much more.
