Step 1 : Select Kate Denson and "A Little Bit Country" outfit
Step 2 : Play as survivor in a public match
Step 3 : In-game, get hooked or stand near a wall/obstacle and move the camera near the wall/obstacle
Step 4 : When the camera is closer to Kate, you will notice a skin color mismatch between the head and body, specifically the head is a more bright tan color while the body is a more saturated red/orange color (attached is a screenshot for the hooked scenario) - this happens 100% of the time
