Categorize Perks

It's about time to do something about organizing perks to make them easier to find.

Alphabetical is okay up to a point so long as you remember the name of the perk correctly.

Should separate perks into categories then alphabetize - you have a start with boon hex, should go further with aura perks, exhaustion perks, healing perks, etc. sorting on their main benefit if they have more than one.
