Option to disable chat filter

Please allow for a button to disable the chat filter. It's broken, either censoring words that aren't supposed to be censored (e.g. "Felix", "them", "kill") or plainly missing the vitriol it's supposed to block out.

Perpetrators still has 100 and 1 way to circumvent it and abuse/insult you, but normal people are the one that suffer. Censorship should not exist in first place, anywhere.
