Good effort though you left out a few things.

Dying Light is amazing on Freddy because he is the only killer with not 1 but 2 ways to find the obsession super fast (Black Box and Class Photo) and therefore he can easily hunt them down and get it to proc much faster and easier than any other killer. Plus once you do get it to proc, the game basically stops for survivors. It takes over 100 seconds to do a gen while awake, and if they are asleep it would take them something like 5 minutes to do a gen solo. They literally get no progress, and when they wake up the gen will likely regress below where they started. He's also the only killer that can tunnel in such a way that other survivors can't really stop you. If they are awake they can't body block and it's 1000 times harder to blind you when they can see you.

You also seriously underrate Rancor on him, since he is immune to the aura reading if the obsession is awake. You get a baby Bitter Mumur with a mori at end game, and if you play it right the obsession would have no idea they have Rancor on them.

Stridor is also pretty valuable since it can make normal breathing louder. I use this perk on Spirit to listen for injured survivors while phase walking, and on Nurse because it let's you track them by sound through corn/fog and during fatigue. Also since she can teleport through objects, if you hear someone crying in pain inside a building you can get them. If you have a good headset with 5.1 surround then it's very easy to pinpoint their location, and unlike an aura you can't hide your whimpers (even with Iron Will, Stridor trumps it). But I digress, as on Freddy the value is in the tier 3's power to make normal breathing louder. That means that the invisible Claud hiding in a dark corner that you couldn't see even if you were right on top of them is no longer invisible. Arguably not incredibly valuable, but if you have trouble finding awake survivors it can definitely help.

IMO his best add-on combos are stacked blocks, Green Dress + Wool Shirt (not Blue Dress since it only reduces the chance moderately, Green Dress is considerably), and stacked drawings (green + yellow let's you tag someone at 30m which is outside of your TR, run Nurse's Calling and you will see them and sleep them before they hear a lullaby, also super brutal in corn). Class Photo is definitively his best add-on, and IMO top 5 best add-ons in the game (after Mint Rag, Prayer Beads, Fragile Wheeze, and Fragrant Tuft of Hair). If you use this add-on there is no hiding from Freddy. He WILL find you.
