Server Validation Or Portrait Bug
So I had 50 ping and this streamer had 48 ping. I hit her with an M1, she screamed and she took no damage on the portrait but she got SB from Overcome and Lucky Break Activated for her. The issue was.. she WAS hurt on HER side.
She was streaming. On my side (Huntress), she screamed, took off and was full health. We're both on PC and Steam. I think the server rejected my hit on my side but it went through on hers? Legit thought she was hacking. Had to apologize after watching her stream. I don't even know if you could do it again. It was the first time that I have EVER SEEN something like that happen where my hit was rejected on my side but not on the survivors side.
(Context: The portrait never changed on my side. I think the portrait icon changing might have been bugged.) If anyone else had this happen, please let me know.
